Founders, Co-Founders, Pillars
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Delta Zeta Psi Sorority, Inc. was founded on June 9, 2022 by two very good friends. Our goal for this organization was to copy our friendship. Our friendship is built on honesty, communication, unity, empowerment, accountability, loyalty, and sisterhood.

Founder and President
Kadesha Pierce
Hello, my name is Kadesha Pierce, and I am the Founder and President of Delta Zeta Psi Sorority Inc. I am originally from South Carolina by way of Atlanta Ga for 24 years and counting. I am a proud wife of 10 years (and counting), and a mother of 3 little ones and 2 grown kids. In my adult life, I decided to work on myself, and I went to college and received my associate degree in Health Information Technology. It still was not enough so I decided to go back to college and get my bachelor’s degree in Technical Management. If you think that my hands are full I somehow managed to start 2 companies, KD Klassic Photography and Delta Zeta Psi Sorority Inc. I have spent a lot of time doing community service at our local park and recreation with the kids. I realized that now it’s time to start a new journey that focuses on self-love and giving back to our self and that’s when my friend and I decided to give women the opportunity to do something for themselves. That was when we decided to start Delta Zeta Psi Sorority, Inc. Even with this plate full I still enjoy my family, my friends, and my Sorors.
Founder
Marquetta Hemphill
My name is Marquetta T. Hemphill, a Marketing Manager responsible for
Market Intelligence and Development. I am married with 2 daughters. I
absolutely LOVE shopping and being a brand ambassador and
trendsetter.
One quote that I live by is “I thought not fitting in was something I had to
fix. Now I see it as my superpower.” – Maxime Lagacé. I am from Jackson,
Mississippi and a very proud Jacksonian I am. I am the oldest of three with
my brothers being a set of twins. I LOVE my family and creating lasting
memories.
Sisterhood to me means two things: Loyalty and Acceptance. A sister is
someone you can depend on and rely on. Even when you think you
cannot, your sister is there being your biggest cheerleader. Regardless of
what you may think are flaws, your sister is there to pick you up, put you
back in place and support you to the very end and beyond.
My strength for me is authenticity. For so long I felt I was not good enough.
I have a Southern accent, I am curvy, and I’ve been told I’m extra, but
guess what...SO WHAT!!! That is what makes me who I am. I love myself
and the brand that I carry. Being authentically me regardless of what
others think is a core strength of mine that I am very proud to have.
For fun, I enjoy shopping and piecing together different looks/outfits. In
addition, I take pleasure in vacationing, kickboxing, and collecting
Mickey Mouse paraphernalia. I have picked up a new hobby of
exploring coffee shops and wineries. My goal in life is to have as much fun
as possible.
